We implemented Shopify POS facilities and integrated follow-up touch-points through Klaviyo, ensuring personalised customer interactions. Custom accessories allowed children to personalise their bikes, while strategic QR code-driven promotions and exclusive discounts at events helped foster a strong community connection and nurture long-term brand loyalty.
